What does the repair look like?
RCF™ Structural Epoxy Injection Resin can be used in dry areas to seal out moisture and help bond cracks together. The low viscosity formula allows for deep penetration, and the adhesive dries stronger than concrete (compressive strength: 11,000 psi).
RCF™ Polyurethane Injection Expanding Foam can be used in dry or wet areas to seal out moisture. The low viscosity formula expands to 15 times its volume which fills the entire cavity within a crack. The non-shrinking, closed cell foam does not require water to activate.
RCF™ injection products can be used with Rhino Carbon Fiber™ CFRP to add reinforcement to the damaged area. Carbon fiber is lightweight, easy-to-install, strong (10x stronger than steel) and non-corrosive, which eliminates the need for maintenance.
NOTE: Carbon Fiber can be used to reinforce cracks that continue to move or at risk for moving. This type of crack repair would not prevent foundation settlement but would reinforce a crack.
